By accessing or using Skill-Learn, you agree to be bound by these Terms. 1. Acceptable Use
You agree to use the Skill-Learn platform only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You are prohibited from:

Attempting to interfere with the proper working of the platform or bypassing any security measures.
Engaging in any conduct that restricts or inhibits anyone's use or enjoyment of the platform.
Uploading or transmitting viruses, worms, or any other type of malicious code.
Impersonating or attempting to impersonate Skill-Learn, a Skill-Learn employee, or any other user.
2. Intellectual Property Rights
The platform and its entire contents, features, and functionality (including but not limited to all information, software, text, displays, images, video, and audio) are owned by Skill-Learn, its licensors, or other providers of such material and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws.
3. User Obligations
To access the platform, you may be required to provide certain registration details. It is a condition of your use of the platform that all information you provide is correct, current, and complete.
Account Security
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.
Compliance
You must ensure that all sub-users (employees/learners) comply with these terms and conditions at all times.
4. Limitation of Liability
In no event will Skill-Learn, its affiliates, or their licensors, service providers, employees, agents, officers, or directors be liable for damages of any kind, under any legal theory, arising out of or in connection with your use, or inability to use, the platform, any websites linked to it, or any content on the platform.
This includes without limitation any direct, indirect, special, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to, personal injury, pain and suffering, emotional distress, loss of revenue, loss of profits, loss of business, or loss of data.
5. Termination
We may terminate or suspend your access to all or part of the platform immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the platform will immediately cease.
